Marie
has been an attorney for 26 years with major experience in personal
injury matters, workers’ compensation and municipal court
litigation. She is also a trained mediator, having successfully
completed courses at the Harvard Law School Program of Instruction
for Lawyers and The Institute for Dispute Resolution at Seton Hall
University School of Law.
Marie established
the Mediation and Arbitration Group, a specialized team of mediators,
tax attorneys, social workers, accountants and financial planners
who converge to provide out-of-court dispute resolution services.
Marie has
been an adjunct professor who has taught law school courses in Alternative
Dispute Resolution and Interviewing and Counseling. With family
roots in Hammonton, New Jersey, she serves as ‘of counsel’
to the law firm of Cappuccio & Zaorski, LLC.
